Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48hours Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to4:30 PM Pacific Time.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Be advised that both the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) do not make pickups or deliveries on holidays. This may delay your shipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of interruptions of service caused by holidays.

Both USPS and UPS deliveries are also generally slower during the Christmas – New Year holiday timeframe. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take potential delays into account. We do our best during this holiday season to dispatch orders quickly. At times during the holiday season, we will enable a USPS Overnight Express or UPS Overnight Delivery option. Because of USPS pickup schedules at our location, orders received after 10:00am (PST) will not normally ship same day.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

The DIG Business Kit is the only required purchase to become a Brand Ambassador. Registration is a one-time fee of$49, and there is an annual renewal fee of $15.99. There is a monthly "tech fee" of $12.99 for your personal DIG Direct online store, the DIG Direct App (when available), and the business tools in your back office. The first charge of $12.99 will occur in 30 days (first month is free). Nonprofit registrants will not be charged an enrollment fee or an annual renewal fee, and the tech fee will be waived for months when the nonprofit maintains "active" status.

By clicking on the “Complete Enrollment” button below, you authorize DIG Direct to charge your provided payment method for your Business Kit purchase and the monthly Replicated Website fees and any other purchases selected above. In the event your application is accepted by DIG Direct, you will have the right to terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without reason. Such termination must be in writing.

If you wish to terminate the enrollment process, do not click the "Complete Registration" button. Abandon this registration page. You may do so by clicking the DIG Direct logo in the upper left side of the page. This will return you to the home page. You will not be enrolled as a DIG Direct Independent Brand Ambassador and your credit card will not be charged.

I understand that the term of my Superfan Agreement is one year from its acceptance by DIG Direct. Unless terminated earlier as provided in the SuperFan Terms and Conditions, my Agreement will automatically renew for successive one-year terms.
